What is Doomsday 2012?

Some call it "doomsday" while others call it the "end of days", or "the apocalypse".  I call it"the end of the world as we know it".  Now, I didn't say it is the end of the world; on the contrary, I said it is the end of the world "as we know it".  So what does this mean? Well, for starters, things are going to change in 2012.

The ancient Mayans left codes that clearly suggest something cataclysmic and apocalyptic is at hand when their calendar ends.  The date of this "end" is either December 21 or December23, 2012 - depending on who you talk to.  Most Mayan code analysts believethe date translates to December 21, 2012. 

According to the Maya code, there are 5 great cycles oftime, of which 4 have already passed.  Each cycle lasts 5,125 years, with a great destruction of the earth and every living creature happening at the endof them.  Now, much of this information comes from how "experts"have translated the Mayan code, glyphs, and calendars. 

Predictions on DOOMSDAY

There are many  end of the world 2012 predictions.  We will just identify a few. 

1.  There are 2012 predictions about ALIENS FROM OUTER SPACE - but is this December 21 2012 end of the world idea a result of too much time sitting in front of the box and not enough actual facts?  And how did they come up with this 2012 doomsday prediction about an alien invasion?  That said, stories of abductions and sightings come from all kinds of people it's hard to believe they are making it up.  The question is, if real, are these aliens from another planet or beings from another dimension?

2.  What about the biblical PROPHECIES OF ARMAGEDDON - we have already had two world wars, will the world end with the ultimate war
